RESPONSE CENTRE ANALYST (IMMEDIATE VACANCY)

Salary: MYR 1200 - 1800

Responsibilities:

1. To act as a front-liner of the Company for taking in customers reported problems via Response Centre.

2. To log and update all relevant new calls and advise his/her Manager of the status of the calls.

3. To understand and practice the established escalation procedures to ensure calls are solved within the time frame requested by Customer.

4. To operate the Response Centre system according to the needs of customer and the Company.

 

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

2. Required skill(s): Customer Service and Relationship Management, MS Office

3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

4. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

5. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

6. Candidates with good interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills are preferred.

7. 1 Full-Time position immediately available.

8. Minimum salary is RM 1,200.00 and will commensurate with experience possessed.
